about adding new K primitives

it would be fun to define a formal hierarchy of the strength of arguments in language design :)
0. arthur says so
1. someone willing to pay a lot of $ says so
2. it's fast
3. it's mathematically correct
4. it's golfy
5. it's what JS does
6. python does the opposite :)
