Addressing

There are two types of addressing in colorForth: byte addressing, and word/cell addressing. There are four byte address in the space of a word address.

The words a-b and b-a convert from word to byte address, and byte to word address, respectively. This conversion is basically a multiplication/division by four. Most user-facing words, such as @ and !, use word addessing.
